I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in individual and couples psychotherapy and maintain a private practice in Stamford, CT and New York, NY, where I see clients in-person and online. I am also licensed to practice telepsychology with any person residing an a Psychpact authorized state (see if your state participates here: https://www.psypact.org/psypactmap).
I have worked at mental health hospitals, elementary schools, and several university counseling centers in Chicago, Seattle, and New York. I have supervised and trained clinical psychology doctoral-level graduate students and truly value mentoring clinicians. Currently in my private practice, I have expertise in relationship concerns, depression and anxiety, trauma and recovery, life transitions, women's issues, and concerns related to college and university students, artists, and LGBTQIA+-identified or questioning individuals.
In addition, I've presented at institutions such as Bellevue Hospital, Northwestern University, Columbia College, The University of Washington, Stony Brook University, Fordham University, Marymount Manhattan College, and The Society for the Exploration of Psychotherapy (SEPI) on topics such as building healthy relationships, suicide prevention, diversity awareness and sensitivity, navigating LGBTQIA+ issues, and body image and eating disorders.
